What is Baseline?

Baseline is a digital concussion and injury management platform designed for schools, sports clubs, parents and clinicians. It helps manage baseline and post-injury concussion screenings, symptom tracking and return-to-play protocols.

Who can use Baseline?

Baseline is designed for use by schools, clubs, parents and clinicians. It provides a shared platform for managing, tracking and communicating concussion or injury-related health data.

Is Baseline approved by any medical organisations?

Yes, Baseline incorporates the SCAT6™ screening tool developed by the Concussion in Sport Group (CISG) and complies with its use requirements. Healthcare professionals are required to analyse any results from the screenings in accordance with CISG guidelines.

How can I use Baseline to monitor my child's health?

Parents can use Baseline to receive updates from their child’s school or club following a concussion or injury, access symptom tracking, build and follow a personalised treatment plan with their child’s GP (so much less admin!), view recovery progress and instantly share their child’s clearance to play with schools and clubs without the hassle of individually contacting them. Basically, we hold your hand the entire way.

Can I share my child's health information with medical professionals?

Yes. Baseline allows you to securely share your child’s health and injury information directlywith your selected healthcare professionals to assist with diagnosis and recovery.

Is my child's data secure?

How does Baseline assist schools and clubs in managing concussions?

Baseline allows schools and clubs to conduct and log concussion screenings and injuries, track symptom recovery and communicate instantly and effectively with parents and relevant clinicians (very low admin!). It helps staff maintain proper documentation, follow best-practice protocols and support safe return-to-play decisions.

What devices can we use Baseline on?

Baseline is available as a mobile app for iOS and Android devices and can also be accessed on desktop. Staff can manage records on the field, in the classroom or at their desks – wherever they work.

Yes. Baseline integrates seamlessly with existing student and member management systems to reduce double-handling and streamline recordkeeping.

How do I get started with Baseline?

Simply download the Baseline app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and follow the instructions to set up your account. Schools and clubs will be provided with additional onboarding support from the Baseline team.

What devices are compatible with Baseline?

Baseline works on smartphones and tablets (iOS and Android), as well as on desktop via any modern web browser.
